The Borrelli Institute for Real Estate Studies is seeking a part-time manager for the Real Estate Boot Camp.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and delivering 5-8 Boot Camp activities per semester, such as trainings, guest speaker presentations, career expos or fairs (virtual and/or in-person), and site visits for professional development and networking.
• Coordinating with alumni, recruiters, industry professionals, and real estate organizations to provide career exploration opportunities for students.
• Advising students on resume writing, job search strategies in real estate, and co-curricular activities for career prep.
• Collaborating with the Institute Director, staff, and faculty in the Department of Risk Management at the Smeal College of Business to organize logistics for Boot Camp sessions.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher and 4+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Review of applications will begin immediately.
