Job DetailsAs a Title Attorney / Mortgage Attorney on our team, we are looking for

• Must be willing to travel throughout entire State of Nevada on a as needed basis
• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Nevada State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements
• Minimum of 2-8 years litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of foreclosure process and requirements preferred, but not required
• Must be ok with 1920 hour billable requirement
• Must reside in Nevada
