RemX is assisting our full-service law firm in New York , NY with their search for a Real Estate Attorney for their real estate litigation department. . The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience in patent application drafting and prosecution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of real estate litigation experience.
• Experience in drafting predicate notices, motions, complex settlement agreements, in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent computer and research skills.
• Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, adapt to new technologies and have a self-starting, can-do attitude.
• Preferred candidates have two or more years of experience at patent application drafting and prosecution. Strengths in technical writing, litigation, and related work experience are also considerations.
• Candidates should have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a family-like work environment.
