Real Estate Attorney -Commercial - 5-8 years experience - J.Sheppard Associates : Job Details

Our client , a successful and growing firm and their Real Estate practice group are seeking an Associate with between 5 and 8 years of solid commercial Real Estate experience representing developers, individual investors, family offices and REITs. This is an opportunity to join a robust Real Estate practice, a mutigenerational team with a best in class practice in commercial real estate.

The Associate will work individually and as part of a deal team, and must have demonstrated experience with joint venture agreements, commercial leases, acquisitions, sales, and financing. The ideal candidate must be a strong writer with project management and time management abilities to provide timely and detailed work product to partners and clients of the firm.

Experience in a Big Law or a robust Real Estate boutique practice group is preferred. Associates with growth potential and business development abilities to growth their own practice will be favored. Compensation includes a salary of $220K to $270K plus a bonus and a percentage of originations for those who bring work to the firm. There is also a robust benefits package offered.
