Arnold & Porter Real Estate Practice Group - Associate Position

Arnold & Porters Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (JD 2022 - 2017) for its New York office. Qualified applicants must have at least four or more years of experience working in teams and independently managing various components of transactions such as:

lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings,

real estate acquisitions and dispositions,

joint venture deals.

All applicants must possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, along with exceptional business acumen and experience working directly with clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a growing, nationally ranked practice, work on complex transactions, and collaborate with collegial, team-oriented attorneys committed to their growth and development. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and references.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in New York.

Compensation and Additional Information

The salary range for this position in New York is $260,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is also available.
