Real Estate Associate- JD required - The ONeil Search Group : Job Details

Representing financial institutions making complex commercial loans (including construction loans and term debt) that are secured by a range of commercial real property types.

Knowledge of affordable housing transaction experience is a plus. (i.e., deals financed with HDC and HFA bonds and IRC Section 42 tax credit equity).

Requirements:

Minimum of two to five years of real estate lending experience.

Licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey bar admission a plus.

A member in good standing of the New York/New Jersey State Bar.

J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Highly motivated with substantial growth potential.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, research skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure.

Have a professional demeanor with excellent judgment and willingness to take initiative.

Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a larger team
