Real Estate Asset & Investment Strategy Director - Pepsi : Job Details

Responsible for driving the strategic direction of the North America portfolio in partnership with the business. This role will be responsible for a portion of the North America portfolio (Supply Chain/ Industrial (Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Plants, etc.) along with and office locations (exact split of the portfolio TBD). Activities and responsibilities include: Understanding business challenges and strategies. Responsible for all transactions within their remit. Preparing financial analysis/modeling at portfolio and location levels. Reviewing appraisals and valuations. Monitoring of property valuations and managing relationships and processes with real estate 3rd party vendors. Ensuring effective governance managing assets and supporting processes.
