Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

SummaryPrimary Goal:Expand business growth and boost brand visibility by managing daily social media activities, generating 20 qualified client leads and 10 agent inquiries monthly, and providing exceptional executive support to maximize operational effectiveness.Responsibilities What You'll Do:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions
• Work in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment
• Deliver exceptional service and go above and beyond for your clients
• Contribute to a winning team culture focused on production and purpose

Qualifications Job Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-first approach
• Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends in the Virginia region
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client care
• Proficiency with real estate tools and technology (CRM systems, MLS, digital contracts, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel within the area for showings and appointments
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
• Commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing learning and development
