**** Responsibilities include:

• Manage the President's calendar, appointments, and daily operations
• Liaison with clients - follow-up, lead tracking, and listing coordination
• Respond to leads, schedule showings, and assist with deal flow
• Show exclusive properties
• Liaison with Landlords, vendors, supers.
• Assist president with marketing, social media, and outreach.
• Organize internal systems and ensure business workflows run smoothly
• Support transaction coordination and client communication

Who You Are:

• Licensed NY Real Estate Salesperson with at least 2 years of experience
• Tired of chasing deals with no income stability — ready to grow with a firm that invests in your success
• Highly organized, reliable, and confident managing both people and processes
• Comfortable with tech tools (CRMs, email marketing, calendar management, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
