About the Team & Business Line:

The Transformation Office standardizes and optimizes our organization by integrating expertise across processes, platforms, and lines of business. We provide clear direction and governance to adapt to market dynamics, business demands, and client needs. As a core team member, you will work with industry professionals to deliver effective solutions for our clients and business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the real assets industry.
• Professional certificates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
• Client-facing experience in financial services is essential.
• Strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, types, and operations; familiarity with investment accounting standards.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives preferred.
• Business development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is beneficial.
• Knowledge of infrastructure funds is beneficial.
• Understanding of technology trends and their industry applications.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, innovative, and persuasive abilities.

Salary Range: USD $259,000 - $387,000
