Role: React Developer at a rapidly growing FinTech company based in Manhattan. You will join a central team of 4 responsible for creating and maintaining common UI code repositories, standards, guidelines, libraries, and design patterns. The company has expanded significantly over the last 10 years, now with 1000 staff and 350 engineers, aiming to standardize and modernize Front End/UI practices across all teams.

Ideal candidates are strong React, UI Front End Developers with experience in enterprise environments, familiar with libraries and best practices for Front End development. Contributions towards creating such standards are a plus. Good knowledge of React, TypeScript, Ag-Grid, and Redux is essential.

Salary: $150-200k + 20% Cash Bonus + 401k
