Job Overview:

Are you ready to be an essential part of our dynamic warehouse team? We are seeking dedicated Forklift Operators to help maintain the efficient flow of products within our distribution process. As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving incoming freight to inventory and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment including a reach truck and pallet jack to transport and store products.
• Accurately locate and maintain stock in appropriate storage slots.
• Ensure timely replenishment of pick slots while rotating date-sensitive inventory.
• Remove and properly dispose of empty pallets, cardboard, and strapping materials.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Inspect incoming products for quality and take action as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork and secure equipment at the end of each shift.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience required.
• Must have experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
• Able to lift up to 90 pounds and work in various temperature environments, including cooler and freezer.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug tests and criminal background checks.
