About the Role: This position pays $20.17 per hour during the 75-day probationary period and up to $23.22 per hour after successful completion of the 75-day probationary period. Shift premium of $1.00 per hour. After training, must be able to set up and operate case formers, tri-sealer, printers, box erector, etc.. Monitor and analyze data, and make adjustments as needed. Perform hand packing in a repetitive environment. Operate automated interface control panels. Follow all Quality, GMPs, SQF, 5 S, Safety policies & procedures. Perform Operator Care duties as assigned (ex..load cartons in former, setup printer, monitor case sealer). Operate paper & plastic bailer as required. Perform any other duties assigned. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role. Must have availability to work 2nd (2:00 pm 10:30 pm) or 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) Monday through Friday with occasional overtime on the weekends.
