• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• SAP Proficiency: Minimum of 1+ full life cycle SAP ERP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP DMS Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP DMS configuration and customization.
• SAP RCM Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP RCM configuration and customization.

• Manage record and document management systems for the Public Sector.
• Configure and operate SAP Business Workflow for RCM.
• Ensure compliance with standards for The National Archives.
• Perform RCM customizing including Cases, Records, Folders, Storage, Processes, Containers, and Electronic Desk.
• Set up SAP DMS structure for large-scale enterprises, integrating with other SAP modules.
• Configure, test, and document SAP DMS systems to ensure functionality.
• Train users to effectively utilize SAP DMS features.
• Leverage SAP Document Management capabilities such as Document Search, Version Management, and Workflow.
• Configure SAP Knowledge Management and Content Server, handling metadata and workflows.
• Work with standard workflows across MM, QM, and PM modules to streamline processes.
• Establish Archive Link capabilities for document retention.
