What We Offer

• Pay: $24-30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
• Potential wage increases every 6 months!
• A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing

• Guaranteed hours! Each full-time teammate receives a minimum of 32-40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations.

What You Will Be Doing

Are you a BT or RBT ready to embark on a meaningful journey and take your career to new heights? As a BCBA Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, passionate about helping children and committed to excellence. We're here to guide you on your journey!

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of dedicated professionals
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
