Rapid Continuous Improvement Manager - SNAP-ON : Job Details

Promote Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) throughout the organization focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Manage projects in a manner consistent with and in support of Snap-on safety philosophy. Facilitate cross functional RCI events with participants of all levels and business units within the organization. Manage the follow-up actions from RCI events. Project Management. Perform root cause analysis and implement steps for resolution related to safety, quality and production. Identify opportunities within the business to drive RCI initiatives. Interact with hourly workforce, management and support staff to optimize continuous improvement processes/procedures and operational efficiency. Develop, review and maintain performance standards through a variety of measures. Qualifications Engineering Degree from an accredited university. Project Management Certification is preferred/experience is required. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred but not required.
