Primary Job Title: Ramco Application Business Analyst Location: Lafayette, LA (Onsite) Date Posted: 7/10/2025 Employment Type: Contract to Hire Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ramco Application Business Analyst to join our team. As a Ramco Application Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Ramco ERP solutions. You will work closely with the business users, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Experience in the aviation industry preferred.Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Ramco ERP implementation.
  • Conduct functional analysis and design sessions with business users to gather requirements and document them.
  • Create business process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and functional specifications documents.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure that the Ramco ERP solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to configure, customize, and implement Ramco ERP solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions on Ramco ERP applications and functionalities.
  • Provide technical support to business users and troubleshoot issues related to Ramco ERP applications.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Ramco ERP technology and apply them to improve business processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ramco ERP implementation and support.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Ramco ERP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, conducting design sessions, and creating technical specifications documents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, project managers, and developers.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation in Ramco ERP solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Experience in conducting user training and providing technical support.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
