Rail Loadout Operator (Weekday Nights-Marble Falls) - CRH PLC : Job Details

Responsible for the loading and railcars and ensuring that material is available to load customer rail cars. Performs inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs of the load-out system and all equipment used to load material at the Marble Falls Plant. Inspects railcars prior to loading. Inspects for cleanliness and condition of cars such as brakes, holes in railcar and other maintenance issues prior to loading. Cleans railcars as required. Contacts Manager regarding maintenance issues found. Verifies car list to tag reader and adds and deletes any railcar changes within the computer system. Assigns cars to correct customer order by verifying products and amount to be loaded with computer system. Loads cars through automated load out system ensuring correct blend of the product is being loaded. Bills the cars out with the railroad using the rail connect system.
