Radiology Technologist (Evening - PRN) - Barnes - BJC : Job Details

BJC HealthCare System is hiring a PRN Radiology Tech for Barnes-Jewish Hospital

Position Details:

• PRN - Flexible Scheduling Monday – Friday for evening shift
• Mallinckrodt Tower (General Diagnostic Department)
• Samsung and Carestream portables equipment
• Must be available to work 4 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks) to meet PRN Requirement

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification: Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R). - Current or obtaining in the next 6 months

Experience:

• ARRT registered
• New grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiologic Technologists/MRI Technologists are encouraged to apply!!!!
• Radiologic Technologist, x-ray technologist, x ray technologist
• 2 year's experience as a radiologic technologist (preferred)
• CPR certified
• Able to work independently in the emergency room, performing portable exams or performing exams on in-house patients.

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders
