Radiology Tech, PRN, SMC - Unity Health - White County Medical Center : Job Details

Coordinates and performs the diagnostic radiographic cases for all patients. Open, accurate and responsive communication, oral or written, on an individual basis or in groups. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines. Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct. Flexibility to work overtime as needed as well as on-call duty and disaster work as required by workload and/or unforeseen circumstances. Must display a good understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatrics through geriatrics. Physical Effort: Worker must adjust to performing routine, repetitive tasks without specific supervision. Worker will be performing within a radiation area. Employee may frequently be exposed to blood, body fluids/tissues and electromagnetic radiation, gamma and x-rays as in CRT's (VDT's). Capability to be independently mobile.
