Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a float-style travel assignment. This position involves performing diagnostic radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and C-arm work, across various shifts while ensuring exceptional patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures with minimal discomfort to patients.
• Explain procedures and assist patients throughout the imaging process.
• Operate imaging equipment using ALARA principles and safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC, RIS, and PACS systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and fellow technologists for seamless workflow.
• Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and maintaining work area cleanliness and supply stock.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues appropriately.

Required Skills & Experience:

• One year of clinical or student clinical experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and emergencies.

Preferred:

• Fluoro and C-arm experience.
• One year of recent hands-on experience in diagnostic radiology.

Education:

• Completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.

Licensure & Certifications:

• ARRT Registered RT(R)
• Wisconsin Radiographer License (active)
• AHA BLS Certification (or equivalent)
