Radiographer - Weekender - Greater Baltimore Medical Center : Job Details

Under general supervision in the hospital setting, operates conventional, fluoroscopic and portable radiography equipment to obtain quality radiographic images. Positions patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to correct setting for each examination and assists physicians in the performance of examinations by mixing and preparing contrast media, assisting in sterile procedures in the like. - - Part-time hours but will receive Full-time benefits. - - For every 24 hours worked the Weekender will get paid for 32 hours worked. Education:Completion of two years post-high school training in approved school of diagnostic training. Licensures/ Certifications:Must have passed a qualifying examination given by The American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Must maintain radiographer state license issued by the Maryland Board of Physicians. Healthcare Provider American Heart Association CPR Certification Experience:Not Applicable.
