Job Summary: Our client is seeking a full-time Radiation Therapist to support the delivery of Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IG-SRT) for the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer. The therapist will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality radiation treatment in collaboration with dermatology partners, while maintaining clinical documentation and supporting patient care initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Administer IG-SRT treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and safety standards
• Support dosimetry and treatment planning as needed
• Adhere to and apply clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Coordinate with practice partners and internal teams for benefit verifications (VOBs)
• Ensure consistent quality assurance and control in all clinical procedures
• Manage daily treatment schedules in alignment with partner practice needs
• Act as a liaison between our client and the clinical site, representing service excellence and professionalism
• Participate in educational and outreach efforts to promote GentleCure services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy)
• Active state license (as applicable to geographic location)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient with clinical software systems and general computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
