The Radiation Oncology Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of assigned radiation oncology center. Works closely with operations management and is responsible for work flow and staff schedules. Provides excellent customer service skills including problem solving, timely follow up and process improvement. Responsible for orientation, payroll, training, and the entire HR lifecycle (to include hiring, corrective action, performance management, appraisals and termination). Maintains and creates statistical data as required for the management of the department. Coordination of facilities needs including but not limited to phone system, answering service, IT, cleaning department safety, supply orders and coordination of repair/maintenance of equipment. Responsible for organizing and participating in staff meetings, operational meetings, and other quality improvement initiatives. Maintains all regulatory compliance.
