The Work Our Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) line of business is looking for an experienced Lead Systems Integration & Test Engineer that has the confidence to solve a wide range of difficult problems. This candidate will be the Q-53 Sustainment Programs System Integration & Test Lead responsible for leading Integration & Test Engineering across Q-53 product area sustainment programs. We are looking for an individual that is imaginative, thorough, practical, and have a can-do attitude in a diverse and challenging environment. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Systems Integration & Test Engineering on Q-53 sustainment radar programs including, requirements validation & verification, test plan and procedure development and support all aspects of system sell-off. The selected candidate must possess a strong subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and test through all phases of the system lifecycle. The selected candidate will possess a strong subject matter expertise in related disciplines including hardware design and development, software development processes and manufacturing processes. This engineer will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs integration and test efforts as well as working hands-on with radar systems. The candidate will be comfortable working in the lab environment running system and software level tests, OS patch testing and loading software baselines. The candidate will understand cost and schedule management and experience interfacing with customers. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
