RAD TECH - Orchard Hospital : Job Details

Graduate of an accredited Radiology program with an active CRT or ARRT(CT) license in one specialty area. Must hold current state of California permit to practice in Radiology where applicable. Two years of basic radiology experience. High School graduate or equivalent Current BLS certification Moderate to heavy lifting may be required. II. Job Requirements (20% of Evaluation Score) Performs ordered examinations of appropriate anatomical regions in accordance with accepted standards of practice and RT protocols of the individual site and reading physician. Transports patients to and from mobile/facility, maintaining patient care, comfort, and safety, completing patient screening forms as applicable, review and explain procedure to patient, provide images to facility in desired format, under guidance and approval of set ordering provider or radiologist, administer contrast agent or other radiopharmaceuticals according to protocols.
