#x 9; Manage and oversee all product development activities within the department Independently develop new and existing products per customer or internal requirements Supervise and support R&D Product Development Chemists and Lab Technicians Assess feasibility of projects based on production capacity, technology, and equipment Perform cost analysis and recommend selling prices for developed products Ensure documentation of Master Formulas and compounding instructions Review and approve product specification sheets Communicate with customer technical staff to ensure product requirements are met Ensure all developed products meet SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards Provide technical assistance to customers and Client Sales Staff Offer on-site support for first-time productions and troubleshooting Monitor lab-to-production transitions to ensure product quality Perform other duties and special projects as required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science Technology, Nut...Product Development, Manager, R&D, Development, Production, Product, Staffing
