Quotation Specialist - Canton, Ohio #25-01405 Salary Range: $30.00 to $38.00/Hr. - Permanent Position / Benefits DESCRIPTION: Canton, Ohio area Manufacturing Firm seeks a Quotation Specialist who has experience with electrical & mechanical components. Preferred area of knowledge would be in providing quotes, pricing and technical support to the electrical, gas and oil industries. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Preferred with a minimum of (2) years of experience supporting electrical distribution, switchgear and industrial gear products utilized in the electrical power generation, gas and oil industries.
• Quotation and Pricing Skills, Project Management, Problem-Solving & Technical Proficiency.
• Handle customer & salesperson inquiries providing quotations, technical assistance, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review customer requirements, project plans and technical specifications, work with sales staff to provide accurate quotes and pricing, provide technical assistance, answer technical questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain solid Vendor / Supplier relations to obtain pricing for specialized items required for comprehensive electrical distribution proposals.
• Documentation and Reporting by preparing necessary correspondence and reports to support business transactions and customer communications.
• Providing Training and Development Support by planning and presenting customer and sales team training programs.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
