Job Description :

Do you love numbers but want to have frequent interactions with people? Aptora Corporation, a leading software company in Lenexa, KS, is looking for an accounting “unicorn” to join our team as a QuickBooks Expert/Software Consultant.

We are seeking someone who has extensive knowledge in bookkeeping or accounting, a minimum of a 4-year accounting degree, and is an expert with basic accounting principles. We also want someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to have more interaction with people.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide software consultation to both inside and outside customers
  • Conduct software training sessions for customers
  • Assist in the implementation of software solutions for customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the software development team to identify and solve customer issues
  • Promote Aptora products and services within the industry

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Expert knowledge of QuickBooks software (QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred

    Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
