Tunkhannock Fordis seeking a Quick Lane Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Quick Lane Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, perform routine maintenance and inspections, while ensuring satisfaction and safety.Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot vehicle issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace parts and components, such as brakes, tires, plugs, belts, filters, and more.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and other preventative maintenance services.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, parts, and inventory.
- Communicate with customers, services advisors, and service managers on timeline for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide estimates or recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certification preferred.
- State and Emissions certification.
- Automotive Service Technician experience required.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment for automotive repair.
- Knowledge of various makes and models of vehicles.
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm
