Quiality Control Coordinator - VSSI, LLC : Job Details

GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Manages and maintains the Non-conformance database o Enters in NCR reports turned in by production o Documents red rack meetings and NCR from those meetings - Enters data and feedback from the meetings o Creates monthly reporting for NCR - Conducts Process audits o Documentation review o Operator reviewed against the documented process o Report out results - Conducts internal audits on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OSHA as required by the internal audit schedule - Conducts Documentation Location Audits o Verify that documents are in the proper location o Work with Document Control to report out the results - Manages and Maintains layered audit o Develop monthly schedules o Documents findings o Monthly Reporting - P-chart maintenance and data entry o Enter the data from P-charts on a monthly basis o Report out data - Complete any special projects as assigned - Backs up other QA Positions PERFERRED QUALIFICATION - Computer skill - Excel/Word - Two or more years as a lead auditor.
