What You'll Be Doing

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and work areas

• Monitor material flow and assist with crushing and screening operations

• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly

• Support team operations with general labor and site upkeep as needed

• Demonstrated ability to operate or learn to operate quarry equipment safely

• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and communication

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
