Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and work areas- Monitor material flow and assist with crushing and screening operations- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly- Support team operations with general labor and site upkeep as needed**What Are We Looking For**- Demonstrated ability to operate or learn to operate quarry equipment safely- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and communication- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills**Conditions of Employment**- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment**- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer**- $33.03 per hour- Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension- Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10008924
