What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders to transport and load raw materials safely and efficiently

• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

• Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement and ensure production flow

• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards

• Assist with other quarry operations as needed to support production goals

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance

• Reliable attendance and adaptability to changing work priorities

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• Night shift
