Environmental/ Safety Requirements. Assist and train operators to understand and follow control plans. Assist and train operators to make sure process checks are completed properly and correctly. Properly identify non-conforming material, notify appropriate personnel and initiate corrective action when necessary. Ensure that all necessary gages are in place, calibrated and available at each machine in the assigned cell. Ensure that gaging is properly calibrated. Perform process audits on product running.
