Somebody with whom colleagues want to work with.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram and run a Zeiss CMMOwn the daily execution of our quality processesDrive focused problem-solving and interpretation of dataCommunicate clear action plans & results to leadership & colleaguesAssist in driving continual product & process improvementContribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibilityIMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONSZeiss CMM programing 1-3 years.Strong understanding of quality systemsGood problem-solving abilitiesSolid analytical ability with extensive Microsoft excel & word capabilitiesExperience with various measuring and testing equipmentAssociate degree preferred, High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)2-5 years of experience in quality as an inspector, an auditor and or a technician.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.WORK ENVIRONMENTNoise level is moderate. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
