Pay Range: $82,000-$100,000 annually

The role involves administering the company's quality system, supervising direct reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating control plans, monitoring performance, mentoring team members, managing nonconformance and corrective actions, overseeing calibration and internal audits, and leading management reviews and ISO 9001:2008 audits.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (engineering preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in quality engineering/analysis or similar
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt, CQA, supervisory experience, PE designation

Qualifications:

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 QMS
• Knowledge of inspection standards and systems
• Leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Process management and continual improvement expertise
• Proficiency with quality tools like 5 Why, 8D, Fishbone diagrams; CQE certification preferred
