Quality Systems Process Manager

Director, AG Value Stream Quality

Onsite - Buffalo, NY

This position will be responsible for integrating quality-related processes throughout all Military Aircraft Group Value Streams. The Quality Systems Process Manager ensures the performance and effective execution of quality processes within each of the Military Aircraft Group sites, aligning quality solutions and initiatives with the Group's business objectives, priorities, strategies, and mission.

• Coordinate across Military Aircraft Group sites to ensure effective implementation and governance of quality processes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and sharing of lessons learned and best practices across sites.
• Monitor and report on Quality KPIs, and develop improvement plans with the sites.
• Manage Group-level governance boards.
• Lead investigations involving multiple sites related to product integrity and yield.
• Mentor and train quality professionals on processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in process improvement with a proven track record of managing change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.
• Ability to facilitate teams to execute improvement plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience connecting core processes with systems, tools, and metrics for compliance and effectiveness.
• Ability to influence all organizational levels impacting product and process quality.
• Knowledge of business systems/processes and excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Experience with problem-solving and RCA tools such as 8D, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 standards.
• Preferred: Experience with AS9145 or equivalent APQP.
• Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Buffalo, NY: $85,000 - $131,000 annually

The salary range reflects the low and high ends for this position and may vary based on experience, location, and performance. Total compensation may include bonuses, stock purchase plans, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
