*Responsibilities:** Maintain our AS 9100 Quality Management System * Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Conduct AS 9100 quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures, make recommendations for enhancements, and spearhead enhancement projects * Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization * Interpret specifications and develop inspection plans * Supervise Quality Inspection * Collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives * Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters * Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management
*Experience:** Minimum 5 years of progressive experience.(e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related discipline) or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Work experience as a Manufacturing Quality Manager * Working knowledge of AS 9100 and AS 9102 quality assurance principles * Conducting quality inspections and analyzing data using statistical techniques * Digital product definition (DPD) and model-based definition (MBD)* Knowledge of thermal plastic-injection molding fabrication processes a PLUS!* Experience with Boeing documents and specifications would be helpful * Proficiency in Quality Inspection including all measuring tools, GD&T, inspection plan development is a plus
*Skills:** Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and AS 9100* Working knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) principles * Data analysis and interpretation * Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions * Strong communication skills with the ability to drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and external customers * Technical writing

Pay: $95,500.00 - $131,500.00 per year
