Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards (AS9100 a plus)
- Internal or lead auditor experience
- Working knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively - you value teamwork and contribute positively to shared goals.
- Known for your integrity, consistently doing what's right even under pressure.
- Committed to excellence and continuous improvement in your work.
- A respectful and dependable communicator with a solution-focused mindset.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a quality-focused role.
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments preferred.
- ISO9001 certification is a plus.

- Standing/Sitting: 40/60 %
- Walking/Bending/Stooping: 10%
- Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
- Travel by air, rail, auto (10% of time)
- Work in manufacturing area, QA lab and office areas
- Exposures - Odors, Fumes, Noise, Chemicals, Temperature, Vision strain, Moving parts.
