Job Description Summary: Under the Sr. Manager, Complaint Management, the Quality System Specialist II Data Analyst supports and maintains data management systems to monitor the effectiveness of the Unit Quality system. The role involves supporting quality data, developing software solutions, and coordinating data management strategies with business teams. Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and compliance for various business functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2-3 years experience. Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Data analysis, statistics (SPC, Pareto charts), PowerBI, SAP, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.
Additional Information: On-site presence required (minimum 4 days/week). Employment contingent on COVID-19 vaccination proof in some locations.
Salary Range: $73,300 - $121,000 USD annually.
Job Details: Full-time, based in Sparks, MD, in the Information Technology function within the biotech and medical device industry.
