Job Description Summary: Under the Sr. Manager, Complaint Management, the Quality System Specialist II Data Analyst supports and maintains data management systems to monitor the effectiveness of the Unit Quality system. The role involves supporting quality data, developing software solutions, and coordinating data management strategies with business teams. Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and compliance for various business functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems for transforming raw data into reports and dashboards.
• Ensure statistical validity of data summaries and assist users in interpreting reports.
• Respond to data requests with ad-hoc queries and reports.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with IT to analyze system capabilities and implement enhancements.
• Provide expertise for application design, change management, and training.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure their smooth operation.
• Design and implement validation test plans for systems and integrations.
• Coordinate database design and development to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of global regulations and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and Part 11.
• Foster positive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor data system integrity and coordinate issue resolution with IT support.

Education and Experience: B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2-3 years experience. Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Knowledge and Skills: Data analysis, statistics (SPC, Pareto charts), PowerBI, SAP, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.

Additional Information: On-site presence required (minimum 4 days/week). Employment contingent on COVID-19 vaccination proof in some locations.

Salary Range: $73,300 - $121,000 USD annually.
