Quality Supervisor - The Judge Group : Job Details

Our client is seeking a Quality Compliance Supervisor to lead daily QA/QC operations and ensure full compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. This role is key to maintaining product integrity and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee site-wide adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Support lab and production quality teams; guide personnel and activities
• Serve as a customer liaison to ensure product standards are met
• Communicate quality system status and deficiencies to production leadership
• Recommend disposition of raw materials, components, and finished goods
• Assist with investigations (Deviations, CAPAs, Complaints, OOS, etc.)
• Maintain electronic Quality Management Systems and Master Product Records
• Conduct audits and environmental testing (water, air)
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and training materials
• Provide validation and engineering support as needed
• Submit reports and metrics on schedule
• Lead or coordinate training for facility staff
• Take on special projects under QA leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a natural science
• 5+ years in QA/QC
• CPG/liquids experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and quality software
• Solid understanding of statistics and regulatory documentation
