The QS is responsible for allaspects of quality supervision of inspectionhourly associates for Aerostructures. Theposition will report to the Aerostructures QualityManager in the RMS Sikorsky line of business.The candidate will provide leadership to hourlypersonnel as appropriate supporting the SikorskyBack Shop Quality organization. The QS willprovide leadership through identification andimplementation of process improvementinitiatives in these areas that support the QualityOrganization's key performance measurements,vision and strategy. Additional responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to the following:• Managing collaboration efforts with DCMA forcontract statement of work compliance to thequality management system, non-conformingmaterial, and corrective actions• Managing the grievance escalation process asappropriate.• Maintaining a collaborative relationship withthe Local 1150;• Manage the training scheduling of the hourlyassociates.• Managing metrics detailing hourly work forcelabor hour activities.• Supporting the execution and achievement ofall applicable Lockheed Martin, RMS and RMSSikorsky business objectives.US Citizenship is required.WHO YOU AREYou are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing production processes. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
