Quality Specialist - R25-0113 - USI : Job Details

USI/Asteelflash is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team here in Milpitas, CA.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role and will be responsible for supporting internal and external audits, managing the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) tracker, overseeing the Calibration tracker, preparing for audits, and compiling monthly Quality KPI reviews.USI/Asteelflash is a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the CAPA tracker to monitor and document corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the calibration tracker to ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Prepare for audits by organizing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments, and implement internal audits per scheduled plans.
• Compile and present monthly Quality KPI reviews to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO14001, ISO16949, and ISO45001 standards.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quality Specialist or related role.
