Home Health and Hospice

The Quality Review Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring accuracy of OASIS assessments and completeness of supporting documentation (OASIS: Outcome and Assessment Information Set). This role will also assist with continuous quality improvement activities in the agency and provide training to staff. A clinician with home health experience who knows how to work collaboratively and has strong communication skills is preferrable for this role.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.

License/Certifications: Current State license in a clinical field if appropriate. OASIS Certification preferred.

Experience: Experience in Home Health preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A

Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge or willingness to learn ICD coding and coding guidelines.
