You will be at the forefront of resolving high-impact customer concerns, collaborating across factories, and presenting unified strategies that build trust and long-term partnerships. This is more than a project management role—it's an opportunity to shape how we deliver excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Leading investigations into recurring and high-impact customer complaints.
• Driving timely and effective resolution of quality issues across North America and offshore factories.
• Coordinating and reporting on top quality concerns with clear, proactive communication.
• Presenting unified action plans to customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Analyzing data to identify and address systemic root causes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supporting Marketing & Sales in customer briefings and presentations.
• Championing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or project management.
• Strong background in transformer manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
