The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work as a Quality Operator in our production facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and be willing to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications. Must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of manufacturing experience. Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends. Ability to work overtime as necessary.
