Quality Manager | Lead Change in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment Are you a quality-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing? Join an established and growing industrial manufacturer in the Auburn Maine Metro Area, as our next Quality Manager-a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and shaping operational excellence. You'll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build robust quality systems, lead process improvements, and make a real impact across the organization. Yearly Salary: $100k-$140k What You'll Do:

• Lead quality activities across the full product lifecycle-from design to production
• Develop and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Train teams in quality tools, lean methods, and continuous improvement
• Guide cross-functional projects to improve processes, reduce defects, and boost efficiency
• Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Support pilot builds and provide feedback to improve product manufacturability
• Travel requirement:

Qualifications: Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in Quality, Engineering, or CI within manufacturing
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and influence across functions
• Familiarity with ERP and quality systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• ISO 13485 experience
