Position: Quality Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $80,000 to $95,000/year
Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership role within Quality Management, preferably in Aerospace Manufacturing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Job Description:
- Oversee all quality operations for aerospace machining products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Lead and supervise quality personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure all quality team members are properly trained on processes and procedures.
- Develop, implement, or modify quality policies and procedures to enhance product and service delivery.
- Manage and lead all company quality audits to maintain certification and compliance.
- Conduct and oversee CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Interpret and apply technical and engineering documentation to production and inspection processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain data-driven reports and quality metrics using Excel and database systems.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and database management.
- Experience with CMM and FAI processes.
- Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical and engineering documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
