Quality Manager - Selectek Staffing Solutions : Job Details

We have an immediate need for a Quality Manager in the Westfield, MA area. This is a full-time position. Direct salary is estimated at 100-150 K. Job description: Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day quality department, as well as the planning, coordination, and implementation all Quality Systems requirements. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Develop and implement the Quality Management System and maintain registration to AS 9000 and NADCAP standards. Maintains and reports product conformance per engineering and customer specifications through detail component material, work in process and finished good inventories. Reports and tracks deviations from quality standards, recommends corrective actions to management, and reports trends and tendencies at Operational Reviews. Participates in new product development to ensure proper quality systems and controls can be implemented prior and during production.
